Kailey is a Grand Rapids, Michigan native and a proud alumna of Michigan State University, where she graduated in 2011 and spent four years as a member of the varsity co‑ed cheerleading team. She began her career in downtown Lansing in 2009 and has since built more than a decade of experience supporting operations and client service across the public affairs landscape.

Kailey served as Director of Operations at Acuitas from 2013 to 2019 before stepping away to focus on her family as a stay‑at‑home mom. She returned to the firm in 2022, bringing the same energy, organization, and leadership that have defined her career.

Outside of work, Kailey enjoys traveling and spending time with her husband and their three young children. She is also deeply committed to community service and actively supports several Michigan‑based charities.
